Job Description
Overview
The SAP & CPQ Front End Developer plays a crucial role in the implementation and customization of SAP CPQ solutions ensuring seamless user experience and efficient frontend development. They are responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions optimizing user interfaces and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and customize frontend solutions for SAP CPQ using JavaScript HTML and CSS
- Optimize user interfaces for enhanced user experience and responsiveness
- Implement and maintain configurations for SAP CPQ applications
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with serverside logic
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are adhered to
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
- Support testing and debugging activities to ensure the quality and stability of frontend components
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user interface
- Utilize version control systems such as GIT to manage and track changes in the codebase
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the organization
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment
- Document technical specifications and system configurations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in frontend development with a focus on SAP CPQ solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS for web application development
- Handson experience with SAP CPQ configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in crossfunctional teams
- Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
- Certifications in SAP CPQ or related technologies is a plus
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new concepts quickly
