Job Description
Oversee Intune Azure AD & Group Policy VDI Remote Apps Packaging and public key infrastructure.
Lead and mentor a team of EUC specialists providing guidance coaching and technical expertise.
Foster a collaborative and customerfocused team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
Oversee the management and maintenance of desktops laptops and other enduser devices across the organization.
Develop and enforce standards for hardware operating systems software applications and configurations.
Manage relationships with EUC technology vendors service providers and contractors.
Proven track record of successfully leading EUC initiatives driving innovation and delivering results that meet business objectives.
Advanced printer/peripheral device setup & troubleshooting.
Provide escalated technical support to users of desktops and laptops printers Google Suite and Bomgar.
Configure & troubleshoot Operating Systems and Office Applications.
Perform direct handson problem resolution and escalation management for enduser troubles application service interruptions and issues.
Extensive diagnostic information gathering troubleshooting problem analysis and resolution.
Mobile Device Management MFA Configuration in Enduser Systems.
Microsoft O365 One Drive SharePoint Digital Certificates configuration on enduser systems.
Installing and Configuring VPNs on enduser systems.
Troubleshooting basic networkrelated issues and WIFI issues.
Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
Requesting and coordinating vendor support.
Install upgrade support and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft Office versions and other authorized desktop applications.
Resolved systemrelated problems software installations antivirus updates and other tasks as required.
