Overview
The Business Head plays a critical role in leading the overall business strategy operations and performance. This position is responsible for driving the companys growth profitability and market share through strategic planning effective leadership and operational excellence. The Business Head collaborates with key stakeholders and department heads to align business objectives and drive organizational success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy in line with the companys goals and objectives.
- Lead and oversee all functional areas including sales marketing finance operations and human resources.
- Provide strong leadership and vision to drive the organization towards sustainable growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial performance and make strategic decisions to ensure the financial health of the business.
- Identify new business opportunities partnerships and markets to expand the companys presence and revenue streams.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders to nurture business growth.
- Monitor market trends competitive landscape and industry changes to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines and mitigate business risks.
- Drive a culture of excellence accountability and high performance across the organization.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role preferably as a Business Head or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies that drove significant growth and profitability.
- Indepth understanding of financial management budgeting and financial analysis.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead highperforming teams and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make datadriven decisions and solve complex business challenges.
- Excellent negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
