Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detailoriented QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing with a focus on delivering highquality software solutions. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the software meets the required standards and performs as expected across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Conduct manual testing Mactivities such as functional regression API integration and system testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like SELENIUM CYPRESS and PLAYWRIGHT to enhance test coverage and streamline the testing process.
- Identify analyze and report software defects issues and risks collaborating closely with the development team for resolution.
- Create and maintain test data environments and configurations to support efficient test execution and accurate results.
- Continuously improve and update the test automation frameworks tools and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform compatibility testing across different platforms devices and browsers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Integrate manual and automated tests into the software development process collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Monitor and analyze test results generate reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices emerging technologies and new testing tools to enhance the QA process.
Qualifications:
- Handson experience in creating and executing automated test scripts and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Selenium Web Driver and BDD environments with experience in configuring/running tests in DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with NodeJS/Java for fixing issues in automation scripts.
- Good knowledge of test management tools defect management tools and test metrics.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently deliver tasks on time and adapt quickly to new challenges.
