Experience: 7 10 years in managing dealers
Qualification: B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Biotechnology/Lifesciences B. Tech. in Biotechnology
Key Responsibilities:
Motivate Dealers: Inspire and drive dealers to achieve the set goals for the year.
Periodic Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of dealer operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Appointment of New Dealers: Identify and appoint new dealers to expand the business network.
Support Dealers: Provide necessary support and resources to dealers to help them achieve business targets.
Performance Review: Regularly assess dealer performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
