Responsibilities:
Develop a list of prospects and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Present advertising solutions sponsorships and partnership packages to clients showcasing the benefits of our YouTube channel and short news app.
Maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and improve sales strategies.
Manage contract terms and pricing to close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Work closely with the content video production and marketing teams to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with the company s goals and strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads opportunities and customer contacts in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of sales experience preferably in digital media advertising or a related field.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with the digital media landscape including YouTube mobile apps and social media.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred:
Experience in selling advertising space or digital marketing services.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Knowledge of the tech news or technology industry is a plus.
