Overview:
The role of a US Non IT Recruiter Fresher is integral to our organization as it involves the identification recruitment and placement of top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. As a fresher in this role you will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fastpaced environment will be crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through online channels such as job boards social media and professional networks
- Conduct prescreening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Facilitate the interview process including scheduling feedback collection and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records
- Assist with other recruitmentrelated tasks as needed
