Overview:
The role of Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is crucial within the healthcare organization in Dongri Mumbai Maharashtra. The RMO will play a key role in providing primary medical care and support to patients ensuring the smooth functioning of the healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting physical examinations of patients
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
- Implementing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress
- Collaborating with specialists consultants and other healthcare professionals
- Admitting patients to the hospital and overseeing their care
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Providing emergency medical care and managing medical emergencies
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Participating in departmental meetings and training programs
- Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree
- Registered with the appropriate state medical council
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to work in the ER and ICU settings
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work schedule
