Job Description
Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. They are responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives
- Lead mentor and evaluate the sales and marketing teams to ensure performance targets are met
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between product offerings and market demand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Establish and monitor sales and marketing KPIs to track performance and effectiveness of strategies
- Participate in the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities
- Manage the sales and marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitors activities
- Develop and nurture a highperforming and motivated sales and marketing team
- Present sales and marketing performance reports to senior management
- Negotiate and finalize key contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Drive brand awareness and market positioning through effective marketing campaigns
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management with a track record of delivering results
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales and marketing teams effectively
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Proven negotiation and networking skills
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
- Analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Understanding of budgeting and financial principles related to sales and marketing
