Overview:
As a Telecaller you will play a crucial role in the organizations success by directly interacting with potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to promote and sell products or services address customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Receive inbound calls and address customers queries and concerns.
- Understand and promote the organizations products or services.
- Maintain a polite and professional communication manner at all times.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer calls when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
- Handle customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep abreast of product information and updates.
- Conduct customer surveys to gather information and feedback.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Work with the sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Meet and exceed call quality and productivity goals.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and selfmotivated.
- Fluency in Language and Language with the ability to speak clear and professional manner.
