Overview
The Manager for Sales plays a crucial role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth. This role is integral in developing and implementing sales strategies managing key accounts and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally the Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales process identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching mentoring and developing sales teams.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
