Job Description

Overview:

As an MBA Grad in Sales you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding the customer base. Your expertise in sales strategy and market insights will be instrumental in achieving business growth and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
