KEY PURPOSE
The primary role of a Group HR Manager is to oversee our Team of HR Professionals bolster company culture and ensure compliance with all regulations laws and company policiesand implementation of HR policies.
ROLE
Oversee the team of 500 plus employees to evaluate performance and wellness
Analyse current HR initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
Meet with management to discuss strategize solutions and conduct performance reviews.
Develop an institutionalized EVP (Employee Value Proposition) for the organizational location across.
Research and strategize an institutionalized training system for all new employees including HR ex.
Foster relationship among staffs by planning yearly retreat and teambuilding activities.
Create individual performance plans for employees.
Update training documents and job description monthly
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a database of employees with all relevant information.
Preparation of pay roll / leave record etc.
Assist new employees by providing proper orientation to dealership policies.
Ensure adherence to yearly training plan.
Help in performance appraisals.
Generate MIS on employee satisfaction survey / exit interview.

QUALIFICATION
Graduate preferably B. Com in HRM
SHRM Certified Professional
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace

Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent negotiator and problem solver.
EXPERIENCE
Should have headed a small to medium business organization.
Minimum 5 Years experience in HR Management
Automobile exposure preferred.
