Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (SaaS & Product Sales)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultoriented Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy business development and account management for our SaaS products and other IT solutions. This role will play a key part in scaling our product portfolio and building longterm client relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for SaaS and IT products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key prospects through market research networking and outreach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Experience: 610 years in B2B SaaS or IT product sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of SaaS sales models product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation abilities.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close highvalue deals.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of the product to clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) for managing the sales pipeline.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical skills to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development.
  • Proactivity: Selfmotivated with a passion for sales and a strategic mindset to achieve longterm business goals.
