Overview:
The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and business growth within the media/advertising/insurance/banking/real estate industry. They are responsible for leading a team of sales professionals developing strategic sales plans and ensuring effective client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management preferably in the media/advertising/insurance/banking/real estate industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
