Job Description

Overview:

The SAP SF Onboarding Recruitment & LMS Senior Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruitment and Learning Management System (LMS) solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their HR business processes and requirements configuring the SAP SF modules and providing expert guidance to optimize and enhance the overall experience for the end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruitment and LMS modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements conduct workshops and provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Customize and integrate SAP SF modules to align with clientspecific processes and organizational structures.
  • Provide enduser training and support during the implementation and postgolive phases.
  • Participate in system testing validation and resolving any issues or defects.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants in the team and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SF features releases and industry trends to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimizations process improvements and provide recommendations to drive business value.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including HR IT and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and status updates with clients and project teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems HR Management or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Onboarding Recruitment and LMS.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP SF solution using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Experience in leading and managing endtoend SAP SF implementation projects.
  • Indepth understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems propose solutions and drive successful outcomes.
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruitment or LMS is a plus.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior consultants.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration with SAP SF is desirable.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
