Job Title: Oracle HCM Absence/Core HR/Payroll (4 Years)
Overview:
The position of Oracle HCM Absence/Core HR/Payroll plays a crucial role in our organizations human capital management function. The individual will be responsible for implementing configuring and maintaining the Oracle HCM modules including Absence Management Core HR and Payroll to support our HR and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle HCM modules
- Design configure and test Oracle HCM modules focusing on Absence Management Core HR and Payroll
- Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams
- Provide enduser support troubleshooting and issue resolution for Oracle HCM modules
- Participate in system upgrades patches and enhancements
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity
- Participate in ongoing system optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct training sessions for endusers
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on integration and data migration projects
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM best practices and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Human Resources or a related field
- 4 years of handson experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
- Proficiency in Absence Management Core HR and Payroll modules of Oracle HCM
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies and architecture
- Experience with Oracle SQL and data analysis
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
- Experience with system integrations and data migration projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
