Job Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Architect(US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions including Core HR Payroll Talent Management Benefits and Absence Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution design.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and thirdparty systems (e.g. finance recruiting timekeeping systems).
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client needs while ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand HR requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet both functional and technical needs.
- Develop and document endtoend technical solutions including system architecture data migration and integration.
- Provide guidance and leadership to technical teams during the deployment and postgolive support phases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies and trends providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of system issues during implementation and postimplementation.
- Provide training and support to end users and project teams on Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Solutions Architect or similar role with handson experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).
- Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR Payroll Talent Management Benefits and Absence Management.
- Strong understanding of integration tools and middleware used with Oracle HCM Cloud (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud RESTful APIs SOAP).
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience in Oracle HCM Clouds reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Experience with data migration strategies including working with large datasets and HR system conversions.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Ability to provide training and guidance to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR processes policies and industry best practices.
- Proven experience with project management working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
