Job Description
Location Lower Parel

Budget 2.7 LPA 3 LPA
- Oversee / end users the maintenance repair or replacement of computer units.
- Troubleshoot/analyse computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction.
- Part replacement of Desktops
- Installation of Printer and Network Printer Troubleshoot
- Installation and configuration of Windows Office apps and VPN (As per SOP only).
- Follow up with vendors for IT procurement & part replacement.
- Install and configure IT systems such as local area networks wide area networks & WiFi (Only Client Device).
- Connect Meetings via Zoom Webex Google Meeting MS Teams.
- Conduct inspections to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational (Only user s devices).
- Ensure the security of an organisation s IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol (Only Users Devices).
- Provide followup services to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues.
- He should work for 6 days in a week. (Mon.Sat.)
- Candidate should be located near south Mumbai only.
