Job Description
Opkey invites you to join its fastgrowing elearning Team in India as Finance Module Trainer. As a Finance Module Trainer . The role involves developing coordinating and conducting training sessions for client and internal teams to ensure effective use of finance modules within Oracle/Workday.
Job Description:
- Conduct online training sessions for Opkey customers and employees for multiple Functional/technical areas.
- Conduct engaging inperson and virtual training sessions collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs gaps and learning objectives.
- Prepare training materials including user manuals quick reference guides video tutorials and other supporting documents.
- Lead handson workshops oneonone training and support sessions to reinforce learning.Stay updated with Oracle/Workday updates and enhancements to keep training materials current.
- Skills required for the role:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
- Certification in Oracle or Workday finance modules is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (3 years) delivering finance module training in Oracle or Workday environments.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles especially as they apply within Oracle/Workday ERP systems.
- Excellent ability to explain and convey complex technical topics in an easytoabsorb way.
- Have sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results
- If you possess expertise in Oracle and/or Workday ERP systems to deliver highquality training & can clearly and interestingly explain complex subjects this is the right place for you.
- Future onsite opportunities are available for product training.
- Open to working flexible shifts.
- This position is designated as a workfromoffice role.
