Job Description
job Title: SAP HR ABAP Developer
Locations: Bangalore Hyderabad
Experience Range: 515 years
Compensation:per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Developer to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in developing and implementing SAP HR solutions using ABAP programming to enhance and support HR processes and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement custom SAP HR solutions using ABAP programming to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical solutions within the SAP HR environment.
- Develop and maintain custom reports interfaces conversions enhancements and forms (RICEF) using SAP HR ABAP.
- Optimize existing SAP HR applications for performance efficiency and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP HR environment ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP HR ABAP functionalities and best practices.
- Document technical specifications solutions and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HR ABAP technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with SAP HR ABAP development and programming.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Proficiency in developing RICEF objects and custom SAP HR solutions.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP HR applications.
