Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (SFRM) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solutions focusing on enhancing recruitment processes and improving talent acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solutions to optimize recruitment processes and improve talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP SFRM solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP SFRM module to meet business needs focusing on recruiting processes candidate management and reporting.
- Conduct thorough analysis and design of recruitment processes related to job requisitions postings and candidate lifecycle management.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SFRM functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SFRM modules ensuring smooth recruitment operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SFRM configurations and business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
