Job Description

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (SFRM) Consultant
Locations: Bangalore Hyderabad
Experience Range: 515 years
Compensation:per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (SFRM) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solutions focusing on enhancing recruitment processes and improving talent acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solutions to optimize recruitment processes and improve talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP SFRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize the SAP SFRM module to meet business needs focusing on recruiting processes candidate management and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and design of recruitment processes related to job requisitions postings and candidate lifecycle management.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SFRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SFRM modules ensuring smooth recruitment operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SFRM configurations and business processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SFRM modules.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
