Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Territory and Quota Management Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on managing sales territories and setting effective quotas to drive sales performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Territory and Quota Management solutions to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective territory and quota management solutions.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs focusing on territory alignment quota setting and performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough analysis and design of processes related to territory management quota allocation and sales performance metrics.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices for territory and quota management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to territory and quota processes ensuring alignment with sales goals and compensation plans.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Territory and Quota Management implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of sales territory management quota setting and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules.
