Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Mini Master (HCM) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP HR Mini Master solutions within the Human Capital Management (HCM) framework. This role focuses on enhancing employee data management HR processes and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP HR Mini Master solutions to optimize employee data management and HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP HR Mini Master solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HR Mini Master to meet business needs focusing on core HR functions data integration and reporting.
- Conduct thorough analysis and design of processes related to employee data management organizational structure and HR workflows.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP HR Mini Master functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HR Mini Master modules ensuring seamless HR operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP HR Mini Master configurations and business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with SAP HR Mini Master implementation and support within the HCM framework.
