Job Title: Factory Coordinator

Epitome Luxury a new initiative of a large diamond manufacturer engages in supplying diamonds to global B2B clients across multiple countries. Positioned within a startup like high achieving ecosystem it offers unique opportunities in the jewellery manufacturing industry.
Job Summary
Location: Surat
Years of Experience Required: 12 years
Industry: Gems and Jewellery
Budget: 5 lpa
Responsibilities
- Entry into MS Excel for tracking manufacturing stages
- Coordinate with Factory RM for diamond bagging/gemstone selection
- Manage data input for customization/SKU manufacturing requests
- Coordinate/manage articles flow
- Update article flows in GATI software
- Coordinate with external agencies for diamond certification
- Prepare MIS reports for article movements
- Communicate with multiple departments for timely article movement
- Coordinate with logistical firms for article movements
- Maintain records and update MIS pertaining to certifications and article dispatches
Skills
MustHave Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in B2B diamond/jewellery sales
- Age: Less than 27 years
GoodtoHave Skills
- Highly Focused and Disciplined
- Gujarati language
Qualifications
Age: Less than 27 years
Experience: 12 years in coordination/data management at a diamond manufacturing facility
Mode & Round
Round of Interview : 3 ( aptitude technical personal)
Mode of Interview: Inperson for all three (Same day f2f for local candidates virtual for other city)
