Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve both UI/UX and graphic design allowing you to make a significant impact on our digital presence. You will work as an individual contributor directly reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Design Initiatives: Drive UI/UX design projects for our web and mobile applications & Focus on enhancing the user interface and experience of our website.
- Graphic Design: Create visually compelling social media posts carousels emailer Events paid ad creatives gifs brochures etc. & marketing graphics to support brand engagement.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Marketing team product managers to gather user requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prototyping and Mockups: Develop wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Maintain Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual identity and user experience across all digital platforms.
Experience Required
- 45 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both disciplines.
- Experience in healthcare organization & internet space organizations will be preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Background in marketing is highly desirable with the ability to create impactful design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- A proactive hardworking individual who thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- High Ethics is expected
- This is a Marketing role not a product role which involves both UI & Graphic designing
- This job role located in Delhi NCR is currently remote and will transition to a hybrid model after three months.
