Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This fulltime midlevel role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in machine learning and Python. As a key contributor to our platform you will be responsible for designing deploying and monitoring machine learning models that drive value across our platform.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong expertise in machine learning with a proven track record of developing deploying and managing ML models.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch and Scikitlearn.
- Solid foundation in data science including data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Experience in deep learning particularly in neural network architecture and training.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and their applications in machine learning.
- Background in large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including data scientists product managers and software engineers.
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop implement and finetune machine learning models tailored to our business needs and data sets.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure smooth model integration and deployment.
- Monitor and optimize deployed models for accuracy and efficiency making adjustments as needed.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance our nocode AI platform based on realworld deployments.
- Stay current with advances in ML and deep learning technologies integrating relevant innovations into our platform.
- Ensure scalability and robustness of machine learning solutions through best practices and industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Document workflows model parameters and metrics for transparency and reproducibility.
