Key Responsibilities Beverage Operations Manager
- Managing Beverage Operations:
- Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies standards and procedures through training supervision and handson management.
- Implement beverage policies and ensure adherence to liquor and beverage laws.
- Oversee beverage control processes including inventory management portion control cost control and sales analysis.
- Monitor and enforce liquor control policies.
- Assist in managing department budgets expenses and payroll to meet financial goals.
- Maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to developing beverage menus and programs.
- Leading the Beverage Team:
- Train staff on liquor control policies and operational procedures.
- Supervise staffing levels to meet operational needs and financial objectives.
- Ensure staff understands performance expectations.
- Communicate key operational information to beverage staff.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:
- Gather and respond to franchisee feedback on product quality and service.
- Address franchisee issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Focus on continuous improvement to enhance franchisee satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to staff to improve service performance.
- Managing Human Resources:
- Support new hire training programs to ensure employees perform effectively.
- Participate in corrective action plans and employee performance management.
