Job Description
We are currently looking Senior Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Experience:
710 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.
Should have UAT test experience.
Previous experience in Business Analysis and digital/ datadriven projects.
7 to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in financial domain
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and techniques.
Proficiency in writing clear concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Core Skills
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and information to identify trends patterns and insights.
Communication: Effective communication skills to convey findings requirements and recommendations to various stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Capability to identify problems propose solutions and implement them effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel SQL and data visualization software for data analysis and reporting.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes strategies and objectives to align analysis with organizational goals.
Documentation: Ability to document requirements processes and findings clearly and comprehensively.
Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the banking domain.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to coordinate tasks and timelines effectively.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
