Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Science Trainer for a 120hour training program for freshers sponsored by a reputable NGO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the expertise to guide beginners through complex data science concepts fostering practical skills and analytical thinking. This position is based in Ghaziabad and requires an individual with handson experience in data science and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a comprehensive 120hour Data Science curriculum tailored to freshers focusing on both theoretical understanding and practical applications.
- Use interactive teaching methods including handson labs realworld case studies and projectbased learning to ensure high engagement and effective skillbuilding.
- Assess and track student progress through assignments quizzes and projects providing constructive feedback to foster learning.
- Prepare students for entrylevel roles in data science by focusing on key skills such as data analysis machine learning data visualization and statistical analysis.
- Develop supplementary materials including presentations exercises and takehome assignments as needed.
- Support students individually as needed to address questions and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field; a Master s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Data Science including experience with data analysis machine learning statistical analysis and relevant tools (e.g. Python R SQL Tableau).
- Proven experience in training teaching or mentoring ideally with a focus on entrylevel candidates or freshers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear accessible manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking student progress and maintaining course materials.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with NGOsponsored training programs or working with nonprofit organizations.
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to pursue a career in data science.
