Job Description
Overview
The UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping the digital experience of our products and services. This position is responsible for understanding user needs conducting research and developing designs that deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience. The UI/UX Designer collaborates closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to create usercentered designs that enhance usability and accessibility. With a focus on optimizing the overall aesthetic and functionality of interfaces this role is essential in ensuring that the final product not only meets business goals but is also userfriendly and highly functional. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity and analytical skills leveraging industry best practices to design impactful experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes prototypes and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design interactive user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Participate in usability testing and user feedback sessions to refine designs.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Maintain a consistent design language and style across products.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in design materials.
- Optimize existing designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Implement accessibility standards in design to reach diverse audiences.
- Create user flows and journey maps to illustrate user interactions.
- Utilize tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD for design creation.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver iterative design improvements.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work and process of past projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobilefirst approach.
- Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality design.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and creativity.
- Experience in designing for multiple platforms (desktop mobile tablet).
