Job Summary:
This role involves working with multiple stakeholders to ensure project objectives(construction) are achieved. You will be responsible for independently supporting the planning execution and closing of complex projects in a timely and efficient manner. You will also leverage Management Information Systems (MIS) to support project tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project construction including planning identifying project milestones tasks timelines and resources needed to meet project objectives.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among project stakeholders team members clients vendors and senior management.
Oversee project documentation including project plans status reports and other projectrelated documents ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Develop detailed project related reports to manage deliverables that align with trade requirements
Use MIS to generate project progress and other datadriven insights.
Monitor project performance track landmarks and proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Participate in meetings contributing & update in project execution.
Regularly communicate project progress with the management and proactively address potential roadblocks.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management role within the wind energy sector.
Extensive exposure to wind energy projects for more than 5 years is mandatory.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Primavera) and the Microsoft Office.
Experience in leveraging Management Information Systems (MIS) for project tracking and reporting.
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders at all organizational levels.
