KEY RESULT AREAS:
OBJECTIVE (AREA) HOW (METHODS OF ACHIEVEMENT) MEASUREMENT (END RESULT)
To drive business growth plan set till FY30 in Paints/Coatings. Lead new business development in India and International Market Formulate strategy of paints and coatings vertical. To identify new business development opportunities in India and International Market to existing/new customers with existing & new products. Interaction with the customers to build the relationship and work closely to understand their requirements. Sales Volume from these new identified customers
Product approvals to Paints/Coatings customers To lead the approval of products to Paints/Coatings customers identify if additional performance test required to perform in Application lab. Working closely with PT R&D Manufacturing Planning QA and Sales team to facilitate the approval process Time taken for approval. 100 % First time right submission of sample. Number of new product approvals.
New product development Work closely with PT Manufacturing & Application Development team to advise them on emerging customers need. Work closely with customer and Sales team for conducting necessary trials at customer s place. Work closely with Application Dev team of PCBL to guide them to study relevant product performance. No. of joint development project with customers. Regular (Periodic) proposals for new products based on Customer Insight
Technical support To understand customer s stated & implied need. To respond to all technical and regulatory queries of customers. To keep updated with all relevant Indian/International compliance/regulations. To liaison with concerned cross functional team in PCBL necessary to respond the queries. Timely response to customers

Basic level of education (Diploma/Graduate/B.Tech/BE/ME) Degree: Bachelor s Degree
Stream: Chemical/Polymer/Plastic/Other discipline

Stream: Chemical/Polymer/Paint Technologist/Other discipline
