Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to target potential clients and manage lead generation.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated from field activities.
  • Identify sales prospects and establish connections with other assigned accounts.
  • Maintain and update sales materials and product knowledge.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Coordinate service delivery with the office team.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare reports on activities closings followups and goal adherence.
  • Share insights on new product and service opportunities and customer feedback.
