Job Description
*Job Title:* PullQuality Engineer
*Location:* Vadodara Gujarat
*Experience:* 24 Years
*Department:* Quality Assurance / Quality Control
*Reports To:* Quality Manager
### *Job Description:*
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented *PullQuality Engineer* to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and a solid understanding of quality control processes in manufacturing environments. The PullQuality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality in production.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
Perform quality inspection and testing of mechanical products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes.
Analyze and interpret test results and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Assist in the development and maintenance of inspection plans and quality documentation.
Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.
Conduct audits and inspections on inprocess and finished products.
Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to the management team.
Continuously improve quality processes through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
### *Qualifications:*
*Educational Qualification:* B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
*Experience:* 24 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality control techniques standards and tools (e.g. SPC FMEA PPAP etc.).
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and product specifications.
Familiarity with industryspecific quality standards (ISO TS etc.) is a plus.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment (calipers micrometers gauges etc.).
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with a strong focus on process improvement.
### *Desired Skills:*
Knowledge of ERP systems and quality management software.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
