Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Design and deploy the HR strategy aligned to business plans.
Ensure operating expenses for HR are within the allocated budgets
Responsible for driving cost optimization projects in line with the business requirements and monitoring its output
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build and uplift morale and increase productivity and retention.
Talent Acquisition
Implement an efficient way of identifying and acquiring talents to meet the organizational needs focusing on longterm workforce and succession planning
Implement effective on boarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Develop talent management strategies to identify and nurture key talents within the organization.
Employee Relations
To Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations and by offering Counselling to employees when required
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals for their Team.
Define KRA s and KPI s for all staff
Implement Rewards and recognition upon performance review
To conduct a periodical performance review of staff for monitoring performance of staff in line with the set KRA s and KPI s
Design career plans / career ladder for staff
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations applicable to the Company.

To review the current benefits and implement attractive compensation & benefits which will attract and retain more talent which will in turn see output in the results of the company
HR Policies and Procedures:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
Provide regular reports to senior management on HRrelated metrics and trends.
Qualifications & Skills Requirement
Graduate in any stream with an MBA /Diploma in HR from a reputed institute.
Good communication Skills (Verbal and written)
Should be a strong team leader /player training guiding and motivating teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building negotiation and interpersonal skills analytical mind and comprehensive problem detection/ solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office HRMS and other HR automation
