This key executive role will oversee and integrate the company s marketing strategies and operational excellence to drive growth enhance market position and deliver operational efficiency across all functions.
Job Summary:
As the CEO for Marketing and Operations you will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction vision and leadership for the Marketing and Operations functions within the company. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to define and implement initiatives that enhance brand visibility drive customer engagement optimize operational processes and ensure business growth. This role combines highlevel strategic thinking with handson leadership and a focus on achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and operational strategy aligned with the company s vision and goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the marketing and operations teams ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to set longterm goals and annual performance targets.
Marketing Leadership:
- Oversee the planning development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital traditional and direct channels.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead operational strategy including process improvements cost optimization and performance metrics.
- Oversee daytoday operations ensuring the seamless integration of marketing and operational initiatives.
- Enhance crossfunctional collaboration to improve operational workflows and achieve high efficiency.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and technological solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure alignment between marketing and operations teams to create cohesive and scalable business processes.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and lead highperforming teams across marketing operations and other key areas.
