Overview
The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization s workforce and culture by managing recruitment processes employee relations and performance management systems. This role is essential for driving organizational effectiveness and ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job postings to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes ensuring a candidatefocused approach.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Compile HR reports for management review on metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Attend and contribute to HR meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Perform exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention rates.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR matters and employee records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitmentrelated roles.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of employee training and development techniques.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism.
- Certifications such as PHR or SHRMCP are a plus.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
