Job Overview
The HR Executive plays a critical role in supporting the human resources department by managing a variety of functions that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings screening and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support conflict resolution efforts.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Help administer employee benefit programs and resolve related issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze metrics to support decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist employees with career development and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
