Job Description
Responsible for preparation of quotations and tenders.
Responsible to bag the project with good terms & conditions and bring in profits for the organization.
Understanding the Tendering Process and Understanding the Contract Condition.
Involved In Finalization of Projects Rate Analysis Obtaining Rates from Vendors.
Sound knowledge in Contracts Management Quantity Surveying and Tender Evaluation PreContracts Post Contracts and monitoring the same.
Coordinating the project controls for preparing and finalization of Schedule Budget Estimates Man Power Requirements and Material Requirements.
Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract and Tendering strategy.
To coordinate prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities tender questionnaires and prequalifications.
