Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Compliance & Reporting Ensure strict adherence to financial compliance for both India and the US maintaining an indepth knowledge of US GAAP and Indian accounting standards. Prepare accurate timely financial reports specifically for the SaaS business model.
- Budgeting & Financial Analysis Develop and manage budgeting systems to support financial health. Analyze financial data to provide insights identify costsaving opportunities and support revenue growth. Prepare financial forecasts and budgets aligned with company objectives.
- Financial Tools & Systems Oversee financial operations using tools such as Zoho Books and QuickBooks ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Continuously assess and improve financial processes and tools to increase efficiency.
- Excel & Presentation Skills Utilize strong Excel skills to manage financial data create financial models and perform detailed analyses. Prepare and deliver clear concise financial presentations to stakeholders enabling informed decisionmaking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have 4 to 7 years of experience in finance domain.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance for India and the US including US GAAP and Indian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial management tools such as Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
- Indepth experience with budgeting systems and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills for effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing financial reports for SaaS businesses.
- B Com M. Com or CA Drop outs; additional certifications (CPA CA or equivalent) are preferred.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
