As a Process Trainer you will be responsible for designing developing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee performance and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and modules based on the companys processes and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees focusing on process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and customize training solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in or equivalent experience.
- 35 years of experience in process training instructional design or a related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in training software and tools with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
