Job Overview:
The HR Operations and Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting HR operations managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth functioning of daytoday HR activities. This role involves a combination of human resources operations employee services office administration and compliancerelated duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detailoriented and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Assist in onboarding processes including documentation inductions and new hire setup.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Process employee exit formalities including conducting exit interviews and ensuring clearance and final settlements.
Payroll Support
- Assist in the preparation and timely processing of payroll including attendance and leave tracking.
- Ensure statutory compliances such as PF ESI and other benefits are updated and processed correctly.
Employee Benefits Administration
- Manage employee benefit programs (health insurance leaves reimbursements etc.).
- Maintain uptodate information on benefits enrollment eligibility and claims.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
Administrative Duties:
Leave Management
- Oversee employee leave records and ensure accurate tracking and approvals.
- Manage leave balances and communicate policies effectively to employees.
Attendance Management
- Maintain daily attendance records ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare attendance reports and handle any discrepancies.
Office Management
- Manage office supplies facilities and infrastructure.
- Ensure a clean and wellfunctioning office environment for employees.
Travel Management
- Travel and Reimbursement Management:
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
- Process and verify employee reimbursement claims.
Adhoc Tasks:
- Handle additional HR and admin tasks as required by the business.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 34 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving ability.
