Job Description
Senior Packaging Designer
Location: Mumbai ( Lower parel)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Experience Level: 2 4 years
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to join our creative team and play a pivotal role in designing and developing packaging for one of our most prestigious brands Kylie. This role is an excellent opportunity for a designer passionate about luxury aesthetics and packaging innovation. You will work closely with the Head of Design ensuring that all phases of packaging design meet our high standards while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of packaging design including primary secondary and promotional package design.
Develop and refine artwork layouts within dielines.
Conduct color reviews of drawdowns BATs (Batch Approval Tests) and proofs.
Evaluate and review packaging components for quality and consistency.
Prepare and deliver Design Turnovers (DTOs) for crossfunctional teams.
Apply expertise in label and mono carton printing substrates and product development.
Experience: 2 4 years in package design preferably in the beauty FMCG or ecommerce industry.
Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of print production including dielines bleeds color modes and live areas.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with creative and noncreative teams.
Team Player: Thrives in team environments and works effectively with crossfunctional partners in marketing production and artwork management.
Adaptability: Comfortable managing highvolume projects in a fastpaced setting.
Passion for Design: A selfmotivated individual who is constantly seeking growth and innovation in packaging and graphic design.
