Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive with expertise in B2B sales to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves engaging with wholesalers distributors (both retail and project) and other business clients to drive sales and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales a proactive approach and the ability to work independently while achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B sales by meeting wholesalers and distributors (retail and project distributors) to promote and sell products.
- Travel to key locations such as Noida Pune Nashik Bangalore and others for client meetings (50% travel and 50% officebased work).
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish longterm relationships with clients.
- Present promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market trends competition and client needs to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Preferably BBA graduates (MSU passouts preferred) or candidates with equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: 01 year of experience in field sales B2B sales or retail sales. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Salesdriven mindset with a proactive approach and a natural ability to take ownership.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and tools.
