About the Company:
A premier stainless steel melting unit spread across 40000 sq. meters with an installed capacity of 40000 TPA and a turnover of INR 2500 million. The company employs over 700 individuals and is renowned for its excellence in the steel manufacturing industry.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 3 years in industries or plant factories. The ideal candidate will manage statutory compliance employee engagement and endtoend HR functions for our steel manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws factory regulations and other statutory requirements.
Handle EPF ESIC gratuity and other mandatory filings.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the recruitment process for plantlevel and corporate positions.
Oversee the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and fostering engagement.
Conduct regular training sessions and performance appraisals.
Payroll Management:
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records attendance and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
Compliance Audits:
Prepare for and manage audits related to labor and industrial laws.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in industries or plant factories.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
