Job Description
Role Multi skill technician Andheri Mumbai
Industry MEP
Experience Min 1 yrs
CTC As per Industry
QUALIFICATION:
Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical or BE / BTech Electrical/ Mechanical engineering
*Candidate should have PWD certificate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop best practices for how a workspace should function.
Manage the upkeeping of equipment supplies and all installations (telecommunications WiFi heat ventilation air conditioning electricity etc).
Plan the best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings equipment or reorganising of current premises.
Conduct inspections managing repairs and renovations coordinating with outside vendors and assisting with event planning and execution.
Ensuring that facilities meet company environmental health and security standards.
Dealing with emergency issues that arise like firstaid hazards etc.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook
- He / She should be disciplined
- Familiar with electrical mechanical material.
- Good written and oral English
