Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans.
- Participate in patient consultations and explain imaging results.
- Ensure compliance with radiological safety and quality standards.
- Mentor junior radiologists and provide training.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology.
- Manage radiological case presentations and departmental meetings.
- Conduct clinical research to improve imaging techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports of diagnostic findings.
- Participate in crossdisciplinary medical discussions.
- Advise on equipment and technology purchases.
- Support the marketing and outreach efforts of the radiology department.
- Review and evaluate imaging protocols and methodologies.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DNB in Radiology.
- Postgraduate training in DMRD.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in radiology.
- Proven expertise in imaging modalities including Xray CT MRI and ultrasound.
- Active medical license in Rajasthan.
- Strong understanding of radiological safety standards.
- Proficiency in using radiology information systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex medical data.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in teaching or mentorship roles is preferred.
- Research experience in a relevant area is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highstress situations effectively.
