We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting daily internal processes while collaborating with our Account Sales team to develop customer relationships and enhance your knowledge of Renesas products target markets and effective customer management. The goal is to grow into an Account Sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in daily operations including processing NonDisclosure Agreements (NDAs) and gathering SGS/ICP related data.
- Manage and track the distribution design funnel to ensure efficient sales processes.
- Partner with sales operations to create demand and monitor revenue tracking making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Gain proficiency in our internal systems including DCR NFS and CRM to streamline processes and improve customer interactions.
- Drive customer development and management initiatives to foster longterm relationships and meet sales objectives.

Qualifications :
Must haves:
- Excel and PowerPoint reporting skills
- Fluent in Chinese with good proficiency in English communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively establish longterm partnerships with clients.
- Possesses market insight and strong logical analysis skills enabling the collection of client needs and the provision of solutions.
- Goaloriented with strong selfmanagement and learning abilities.
