Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher (Grade Representative Primary School) to join our team and play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring educators while fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment for middle school students. As a Lead Teacher you will oversee teaching staff ensure high teaching standards and support the holistic development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor teachers ensuring quality instruction and adherence to the school s curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects such as English Math and Science.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching practices to maintain high academic standards.
- Observe and assess student performance identifying strengths weaknesses and learning needs.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to track student progress and provide actionable feedback.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for teaching staff.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and active learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents sharing student progress and addressing any concerns.

- Exceptional fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership mentoring and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and administration.
- A passion for teaching and shaping young minds with a deep understanding of middle school pedagogy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced certifications or training in teaching methodologies are a plus.
- 5 10 years of teaching experience including leadership or mentoring roles.
- Compensationper annum.
